Then you can just Return.   Sandygast: starting moveset: Harden -> Round, Absorb -> Giga Drain / Energy Ball, Astonish -> Psychic, Sand Attack -> Shadow Ball Glacion 3: if you don't have it, go and get the quick-claw, because the Zoroak can easily finish you. Or you might try to hope G3 will go for the 1% to change in the Zoroark, and you off it right there. I've not tried Rock Polish though. Ghost Room: Shadow Ball. The biggest threat here is the confuse-state from the Froslass. Bird Room: Giga Drain works, but you have to add eg. Psyhic to use when you run out of PP of it, or Max PP on it. Or try Energy Ball?  Spheal: starting moveset: Rollout -> Rock Slide/Bulldoze/Return, Water Gun -> Water Pulse -> Iron Tail, Powder Snow -> Ice Ball, Belly Drum Dragon's Den: Blizzard + Choice Spec Hapu: Aqua Tail Gladion3: Aqua Tail 3 times, hope the Crobat used Cross Poison instead of Acrobatics. Lucario missing with Aura Spehere is nice, but not mandatory - the Sylvalli will pick a move that balances the difference out - it comes last, and you can onehit it with Blizzard.  Rhyhorn: starting moveset: Rock Blast, Chip Away -> Megahorn, Bulldoze, Guard Split -> Aqua Tail Against UN you need a critical Thief-Z. OR a normal Megahorn-Z. At Gladion3 need to evolve. The bat will hit you, then the next mon grsss-knots you otherwise. Bird Room: Rock Blast Ghost Room: Thief Olivia: Bulldoze Molayne: Bulldoze Hau: I used Rock Polish (Raichu has to miss), then Bulldoze, and at Noivern (comes last) Rock Blast.   The rules as always: - this is about seeing the availability, so starting at lvl 100, and the levelupmoves are manualy updated if needed - starting from the pokecenter at the pokeschool - starting with the level 5 moveset, unless the pokemon don't have 5 moves at that level, or is island-scan pokemon - starting at the lowest form you can catch the pokemon in-game - island-scan pokemons can not have hidden ability - trade evolutions and version exclusives don't run - everyone gets maxed out friendship for convenience sake (only effects the use of Return) Feebas: starting moveset: tackle, splash, flail First 4th move you can learn is Round. Remember, you cann ot learn Beach-moves as 4th move until you get it from levelup or TM! Also, as all moves at the start are Normal, have to avoid NPCs with ghosts (technicaly you can win against them by Strougle, but that takes ages). Main goal is to figure out which pokemon can or can not do the main story. Postgame does not play. Affection is not used, as it can push through practicaly anything (except Ditto). USM is hard just by hitting you with buff mons. Trick and gimmick moves almost don't exist in the game, everything just try to nuke you. This simplifies things. As leveling up is inconvenient, and these are not speedruns, all pokemon start at lvl 100, with perfect IV, and optimalised EVs (max s/atk, max speed, 4 in HP), with Adamant or Modest nature. To avoid PP-problems I go for TMs wherever possible, and manualy upgrade my levelup moveset if required. With all the above even a 40 power normal move with Silk Scarf will surely bring you through the first two islands, you'll only need to think about upgrades for real on the 3rd.
